Pilates Sculpt



Mondays 5:30pm

A new approach to a traditional work out. This class will focus on a variation of the Pilates mat workout. This class will help achieve a solid inner core while creating long, lean muscles. This class is available to all fitness levels.



30 Minute Express



Tuesdays 12:00pm

A high intensity cardiovascular workout that challenges the full body. Weights, bands, and body weight exercises are incorporated in a 30 sec work, 10 sec rest format.



Cardio Sculpt

Wednesdays 5:30pm

An exciting, intense fitness class that incorporates cardio exercises with muscle sculpting exercises, including the use of weights and dumbells.

Self Care Stretch



Stretch class is for individuals who would like to increase their flexibility and range of motion. You will learn how to safely stretch your legs, hips, shoulders, and back while building the muscle and balance needed to use your flexibility.



Boot Camp

A form of cardiovascular exercise. It combines interval training with bursts of intense activity interspersed with intervals of lighter activity. Weights and bands are often used.

Outdoor

Boot Camp

An outdoor intense strength training workout that combines strength intervals with cardio segments. A wide variety of body weight exercises along with equipment are used.
